With experience in mergers and acquisitions, general counsel representations, regulatory affairs and non-profit governance matters, Steven is the perfect fit to help navigate complex and far reaching matters of critical importance to your business.

While studying at the University of Virginia School of Law, Steven was a senior articles editor for the Virginia Tax Review, a member of the Virginia Law & Business Society (VLBS), and served as a site supervisor and tax preparer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. He was honored with the Dean’s Scholarship.
